I love the idea of a breakfast that I can whip in minutes. If I roast the peaches ahead of time, I can pop them out of the fridge, warm them up, top with Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola Cinnamon Apple Walnut, some Greek yogurt, and dig in! It’s a yummy breakfast option that fuels me all morning.

Roasted Peaches with Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola & Greek Yogurt
- 2 peaches halved
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola Cinnamon Apple Walnut
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line baking sheet, and top with peach halves, open side up.
- Remove pits, and pour maple syrup into hollow of peaches.
- Bake for 15- 25 minutes, depending on ripeness of peaches.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Top each half with 1/4 cup, Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola Cinnamon Apple Walnut, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately. (You can also roast peaches ahead of time. Save in fridge for 3-5 days.)
