Roasted peaches, topped with Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola Cinnamon Apple Walnut, Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey; make for a simply delightful breakfast or snack.
Doesn’t that just look scrumptious?
Honestly, I could eat roasted fruit everyday for the rest of my life. There is just something magical that happens in the oven. It turns mere fruit into a caramelized, delectable dish.
And then you top it with Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola Cinnamon Apple Walnut? Game over.
I love the special blend of seven super grains and seeds, fruits, and nuts which provide fiber, ALA omega-3 and whole grains. It’s a powerhouse blend, and gives this breakfast a satisfying boost of nutrition.
Now you certainly do not have to be roasting peaches every morning to enjoy this breakfast. Simply slice & roast a bunch up with a drizzle of maple syrup when you have the time, perhaps on the weekends. Then you have the basics to start your day off right.
So simple, so delicious. Top with Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola Cinnamon Apple Walnut, a dollop (or more) of Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey.
A breakfast that fuels you up and tastes like dessert? What more could you want?
I love the idea of a breakfast that I can whip in minutes. If I roast the peaches ahead of time, I can pop them out of the fridge, warm them up, top with Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola Cinnamon Apple Walnut, some Greek yogurt, and dig in! It’s a yummy breakfast option that fuels me all morning.
It also makes a delicious snack or fun baking treat… without being overly indulgent. The best way to eat fruit, no?
