What else goes well with watermelon in salad?
If you add cucumber and chicken you will definitely hit it out of the park.
What are the benefits of eating radishes?
Radishes are SO good for you. They aide in digestions, give you an immunity boost, help your skin and help your blood pressure!
Why are radishes spicy?
To get technical on you…the raw flesh has a crisp texture and a pungent, peppery flavor, caused by glucosinolates and the enzyme myrosinase, which combine when chewed to form allyl isothiocyanates. These are also what makes mustard, horseradish, and wasabi spicy.
So simple & so delicious. I love to take it on-the-go, and enjoy a refreshing, filling salad that gives me energy for the afternoon!
