It’s a new product at Walmart, and I stock up whenever I’m picking up groceries for the week or a weekend family get-together. These little sliders are very satisfying, and are perfect as a main dish or appetizer. Plus, they take just minutes to prep!

Simply grill up the Meat Lovers Burgers according to the package instructions. Cut the patties into 3rd’s and lay atop the bottom half of a slider bun. Then, scoop on some guacamole and pico de Gallo. We grab fresh salsa from the store deli, which is so convenient and budget-friendly!

Top with slider bun and serve with extra guacamole and salsa! You could even add pepper jack cheese slices to the sliders, if that sounds good to you. These Tex-Mex-topped Meat Lovers Burgers are ready to be enjoyed!

Mexican Guacamole Burger Sliders

Grill up some flavorful Mexican Guacamole Burger Sliders that will have everyone coming back for seconds! Perfect for a Tex-Mex-inspired #MeatlessMonday dinner or quick weekend appetizer.

Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack MorningStar® Farms Meat Lovers Burgers
  • 1 pack slider buns, about 8 buns
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup fresh pico de gallo, grab it ready-made in the deli section

Instructions

  1. Grill up MorningStar® Farms Meat Lovers Burgers according to package instructions.
  2. Cut burgers into 3rds, add each to a bun.
  3. Top burgers with a couple spoonfuls of guacamole and pico de gallo.
  4. Finish off with bun top. Serve and enjoy!
