What kind of meat is chorizo?
Chorizo is made out of pork.
How spicy is chorizo?
Chorizo is not too spicy, I would say a mild-medium spice. Also, know that chorizo comes in two varieties – spicy and sweet.
What is the difference between chorizo and sausage?
The difference is in the spices mixed with the pork. Sausage starts with fennel or anise as its base spice and chorizo has chili peppers.
