- 2 frozen bananas , (peels removed before freezing)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 Tbsp real maple syrup
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 Tbsp flax seeds, ground or whole
