I’m all about the easy. Simply add a few frozen bananas, a 1/2 cup of DairyPure Lactose Free Milk, and a 1/4 cup of (dairy free) yellow cake mix to a blender or food processor, and combine until smooth. I’m a cake batter flavor fanatic, so I add both cake mix & actual cake pieces to the base.
Next, layer it in a freezer-friendly dish. Just like I show you here!
Freeze for at least one hour, or until solid, and serve it up!

- 3 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup, DairyPure Lactose Free Milk
- 1/4 cup, (dairy free) yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 cup, yellow cake, prepared, cut into pieces
- 1 Tablespoon, rainbow sprinkles
- Optional toppings: hot fudge, whipped topping, sprinkles
- Combine first three ingredients in a blender or food processor, mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into freezer-friendly container, layering it with cake pieces and sprinkles.
- Freeze for 1 hour, or until solid.
