Pour some International Delight Iced Coffee – Pumpkin Pie Spice over ice for a quick & easy, convenient coffee drink, or blend it up like I do, for a yummy smoothie.
I use plain Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, pitted dates, honey, and International Delight Iced Coffee – Pumpkin Pie Spice, of course.
Blend it up for a minute and pop in a straw.
It’s almost too easy.
And you can totally make this recipe your own! Switch up the ingredients to your own likening… try vanilla yogurt or add some graham crackers for an authentic pie taste.
Trust me, with these flavors, you can’t go wrong.
I love to top mine with whipped cream and sprinkles. Really makes it feel like a special coffeehouse drink without the price tag! Keeping some in the fridge makes it easy & fun to grab an iced coffee any time of the day. I’ve always been a fan of iced coffees for their grab-and-go convenience.
