Outshine® Bars dipped in chocolate pudding and your choice of toppings make for an easy summertime treat!

Today I’ve got the perfect refreshing treat for summer. Great for snacking on those hot days spent outside.

And best part? You can add whichever toppings suit your fancy! It’s a completely customizable treat!

Start with yummy Outshine® bars. I picked up Strawberry Fruit Bars and Coconut Fruit Bars at Walmart. I love they are made with real fruit or fruit juice. There’s more fruit in them than any other ingredient! And, no artificial colors or flavors. That’s a win for my family.

Trust me, they are delicious as is, but with the chocolate pudding? Over.the.top.

First, pick out your toppings. I did a mix of chocolate, coconut shreds (What can I say, I love coconut!), sprinkles, and trail mix. Other ideas could be candy, dried fruit, or peanuts. Really, anything that tastes yummy for dessert.

Dip the bars in the pudding, then sprinkle on toppings.

Pop in the fridge for a few hours to harden. I laid mine out on wax paper, so I could easily peel them off when they were frozen.

They are just delightful! And so eye-catching. We made these for a neighborhood BBQ, and everyone’s eyes lit up when we served them.

Don’t they just look FUN?!

There are endless combinations on this treat, which makes it perfect for serving a crowd. Dip a bunch the day before (or morning of) and hand out frosty treats that will have everyone raving.
