A refreshing blend of vanilla almond milk & almond butter, with a touch of cinnamon.
This drink is perfectly seasonal, hot or cold. It’s like a big hug. Trust me when I say that it’s better than the sum of its parts. Cinnamon and honey are amazing in almond milk.
It’s easy enough to whip up for breakfast or could be served warm before bedtime.
Simply blend up vanilla almond milk, almond butter, cinnamon, and some honey. Just sweet enough to be a treat on its own, but could also be stirred into oatmeal or bread pudding. You could try pumpkin pie spice or use coconut milk. Switch it up according to what sounds good or what’s around the kitchen.
If you serve it warm, some marshmallows or cool whip would take it over the top.
