Healthy Nut Balls
Naughty but Nice Balls
Basically anything with the word “Balls” in it sounds dirty. BUT, they are balls. You can’t dispute that.
After seeing snacks like this and this, I decided to create my own. I love the idea of a healthy snack that I can grab throughout the day. And said snack needs to have protein & fiber, because otherwise I would snack an obscene amount during the day.
Can you believe something yummy starts with these??!

Keep ’em in your fridge. Grab a couple for breakfast. Have one for an afternoon snack.

HeathBar Energy Balls
(Makes 6 snacks)
3/4 cup pitted dates
1 tsp vanilla
2T cocoa powder
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup Heathbar bits
1. Add all ingredients except Heathbar into food processor. Process well until a ball forms.
2. Roll into six small balls, and rolls in Heathbar bits.
